Melissa was kind enough to let Atti and I crash her party with Vicki & Lochie today as we were back in town sooner than expected and a little light on activities. Even though Atticus hadn't seen Lochie for a couple of months he certainly remembered him and the three boys played quite happily together (with the only casualty being Aidan's car).

Atti & I headed off to Brisbane on Australia Day to stay with the Toughs and to be on standby just in case Mellie went into labour sooner than expected (she's due Feb 9th). Atti was NOT well behaved on the flight up and managed to squeeze most of the contents of a prima all over me, hit a fellow passenger in the head with his shoe, cause hearing loss to anyone within a three metre radias and to guarantee that any childless couples on the plane stayed that way!

The Luffly Tough ladies popped in for a visit this afternoon. Ella and Atti get along so well it's like they're siblings. I know he'll miss both Mel & Ella heaps when they go back to Brissie in a couple of days but I'm pretty sure he'd be doing a happy dance if I informed him that in a couple of weeks we'll be visiting them and staying an entire week!

I think perhaps Atticus is celebrating New Years Eve a little late this year (or early depending on which way you look at it)! He definitely knew what to do with a champagne flute which is a bit of a worry ... if only he would forget how the trumpet works.
