First Aid Course

Justin and I attended a First Aid Training Course today. I'd been very nervous about the whole choking thing since Atti started solids so we thought it was in everyone's best interests if we did the right thing and got ourselves accredited. The course was pretty comprehensive so hopefully I'll remember it all if it ever comes to that (which God willing it won't)!
